Activation Support
We provide free activation support during your first installation to help you set up the software correctly.
Reinstallation & Reactivation
You are entitled to free reactivation support if you reinstall Office 2024 on the same device.
This support is only valid for the original device on which the license was first activated.
Refund Policy
Refunds are eligible only if the product key has not been used or activated.
Once the key is activated or delivered, it is considered “consumed,” and we cannot offer a refund.
