The Wharfedale Titan 15 is a passive PA speaker, one of the most competent loudspeakers, fusing affordability and audio fidelity into an exceptionally lightweight polypropylene cabinet. It delivers 400 Watts RMS, with 129dB Max SPL, making it a suitable contender for small to medium-sized venues. As the largest loudspeaker in the range, the Titan 15 still retains the core concept of the 12 and 8 models, utilising an organically shaped, internal laminar flow rib pattern polypropylene cabinet to not only produce a strong and acoustically sound loudspeaker but one which is portable too. This lends itself to applications such as for mobile DJs, bands, and public address. The larger 15 model has a frequency response that spans 50Hz - 18kHz and with tuned bass ports delivers a strong low end. No matter what the application, Titan 15 is up for the challenge. Although the product weight and rubberised handles are perfect for the mobile musician, this technology also lends itself to installations where weight is an issue, not to mention that the polypropylene material and moisture-proof woofers can withstand outdoor conditions.
