Product Details

This real-time clock, DS1302, can calculate seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years, including leap year adjustments. It features 31 8-bit temporary data storage RAM and a serial I/O port mode to minimize pin count.

It supports a wide operating voltage of 2.0V, with a working current of less than 300nA at 2.0V. Data transfer for reading/writing clock or RAM data can be done via two methods: single-byte transfer and multi-byte transmission character group mode. The module comes in an 8-pin DIP package or an optional 8-pin SOIC package for surface mount, offering a simple 3-wire interface compatible with TTL Vcc = 5V. An optional industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C is available, along with a dual power supply for the main and backup power.

DS1302 real-time clock module parameters are as follows:

  • Comes with 4 positioning holes, diameter 3.1mm
  • Backup battery is an authentic celestial sphere CR2032, voltage 3V, current 260mAh, non-rechargeable. Theoretical data retention time is greater than 10 years!
  • Crystal is 32.768KHz, Japan imported crystal, matching capacitance of 6pF, size 2 * 6mm
  • DS1302 8-pin plug-in large chip, with IC Block below the chip, easy to replace and plug the chip
  • Module operating voltage is compatible with 3.3V / 5V, and 5V and 3.3V single-chip connection
  • Operating temperature: 0°C --- 70°C
