Plump, naturally aged, black olives in a basic herbal dressing. They have a meaty texture and a deep umami saltiness, with notes of liquorice and aniseed. The classic herb blend reinforces flavors without overpowering. Great with pizza or pasta or exceptional tapenade. Our black Douce olives come from a family farm outside Marrakech.
