Warranty Coverage:

Warranty Process:
The customer must send the item back to us for inspection.
Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
After receiving the item, we will inspect and verify the issue.
If the product is confirmed to have a valid defect within the warranty period, a replacement unit will be provided.
Warranty Exclusions:
Physical damage, misuse, or improper handling
Water damage caused by improper use (if not used according to guidelines)
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Important Notes:
The product must be returned with all original parts and packaging (if available).
Warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
